ABOUT ABOUT

Are you ready for robots in your workplace?

OK, maybe we’re not quite there yet. But 2024 is upon us, and so is the age of Artificial Intelligence. Cybersecurity is again at the forefront of concern, as is the complexity of California labor law and our desire to stay informed and in compliance. Ignorance is certainly not bliss when it comes to being an employer in 2024!

We cordially invite you to join Allevity and Stratti for a local joint seminar on March 7: “Threat-Ready: Mitigating HR and Cyber Risks in 2024.”

With this half-day session, you will:

  • Identify your company’s top vulnerabilities
  • Better secure your company’s data and network
  • Set up a company policy regarding AI
  • Integrate the latest changes to the California Family Rights Act
  • Expand your knowledge of crucial California labor law for 2024

Our $30 seminar comprises a line-up of four local topic experts and will help you find a road map for 2024—a sense of preparedness, knowledge, and the strategies needed to tackle today's risks effectively. All proceeds will support the Butte County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue.

We have a great lineup of speakers and look forward to seeing you there.
